This information text has been prepared by Doğanlar Mobilya Grubu İmalat San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. ("Doğanlar Mobilya") in order to inform you in accordance with the 10th article of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") and the Communiqué on Principles and Procedures on Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

The personal data processed within Doğanlar Mobilya is protected by Doğanlar Mobilya. Doğanlar Mobilya ensures the secure storage and lawful processing of personal data under the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") by using its technological and infrastructural capabilities and taking necessary technical and administrative measures.

The Information Text becomes effective as of the date it is published by our Company. Doğanlar Mobilya reserves the right to make changes to the Information Text at any time if necessary. Any changes will become effective immediately upon the publication of the Information Text on our websites.

Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

During your visits to Doğanlar Mobilya premises, personal data is collected and processed electronically through the closed-circuit camera systems (CCTV) for the purpose of providing security. Personal data is processed by real or legal persons processing data on behalf of Doğanlar Mobilya; for ensuring building security, keeping entry and exit records, and stored in written or electronic form within the framework of Doğanlar Mobilya's legitimate interests. Personal data processed by our Company is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation for the purposes below.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes, the Law and relevant legislation, to regulatory and supervisory authorities, official institutions, security units, and in cases prescribed by the legislation.

Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data

According to Article 11 of the Law; you can apply to Doğanlar Mobilya through the methods specified in the "Contact" section of this Information Text to:

· Learn whether your personal data is processed or not,

· Request information if your data has been processed,

· Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

· Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred within or outside the country,

· Request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,

· Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework specified in Article 7 of the Law,

Request the notification of any corrections, deletions, and destructions made to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

Object to any adverse consequences that arise exclusively through the analysis of your processed personal data by automated systems,

Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

If a cost arises from the requests made for these purposes, you may be required to pay the fee determined in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests in your application will be concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of the request.

Rights related to personal data can only be exercised regarding one's own data.

· By downloading the “Application Form on Personal Data” to your device and completing it digitally and sending it from your registered electronic mail (REK) address to [email protected] via email,

Küçükyalı, Maltepe / ISTANBUL via postal mail or by a notary public.

According to the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller, the Interested Party must include the name, surname, signature if the application is in writing, T.C. identity number, (if the applicant is a foreigner, passport number), designated domicile or work address, notification email address, phone number, fax number, and the details of the request subject in the application.

The Interested Party must clearly and understandably specify the matter requested to be used and explained regarding the right to be requested to be exercised. Information and documents related to the application must be attached to the application.

The matter requested in the application must pertain to the applicant’s own data, and if acting on behalf of another, the applicant must be specifically authorized and required to prove this authority (a special power of attorney). Additionally, the application must include identification and address information and attach documents verifying identity. Requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of another will not be considered.
